Cumulus is committed to always adding value while we work to mature and grow our award-winning platform. Our latest release focuses on enhancements that will provide greater self-service capabilities. Below is a brief overview of the new functionalities and features available. We hope our clients find these updates useful as they utilize STS daily in their operations.
On the Flange index page, we have added exception indicators to the status of each joint. If an Overtorque ticket and/or a Flange Edit ticket is open, the indicator will display.
Within STS Control Center, users can now print a standard joint tag. This feature allows sites to re-print tags as needed, allowing for a considerable time and cost savings. The tags are exported to an 8.5”x11” page size: 2”x4” tags and 10 tags to a page. The pages can be printed to standard labels and easily affixed to existing joint tags. In addition to printing on label sheets, users can print to PDF, copy paper, cardstock, or any other paper of choice.
Tags are sized to fit standard 2”x4” labels: compatible with Avery Template 5163
Completion reports can now be downloaded in bulk to an archive file.
Data may be filtered by the following properties: Activity, Contractor, System, Subsystem, Work Order, System Number, Project Name, Project Line Reference, Reference Number, Equipment Reference, Turnover System Status, Startup System, Leak Test Number, & Service Test Number.
An archive file will be generated and available for download. A notification with a download link will also be generated. Currently, the maximum number of reports that can be downloaded at once is 1,000.
